“I’ve been a resident of this community for nearly eight years, and I can’t express enough how impressed I am with their amenities, services, and maintenance. If I ever encounter a problem, even if it’s low priority, they’re always prompt in addressing it. They’re also proactive about regular maintenance, giving us ample notice before entering our units. For instance, they change our filters twice a year, check our fire alarms twice a year, and inspect our water heaters, among other things. Additionally, they allow dogs, which was and is a must for me since it’s not easy to find pet-friendly places.”

“I will give 5 stars for the quick and friendly service that the staff provides us. The apartments are spacious as well. However, we have a big problem with parking and noise control after the allowed hours. Unfortunately, if you are a light sleeper, you may have difficulties sleeping at night, depending on your neighbor. The staff does their best to control the noise by talking to the residents, but it is a situation that is beyond their control, as the building is not well insulated. We can literally hear everything from the apartment above. Other than that, it is a very good place to live; we are just considering moving because of the noise.”
